Iodine Bonnet (Mycena filopes)

The iodine bonnet (Mycena filopes) is a widespread mushroom species known for its faint iodine odor and pale grayish-tan tones. Bristly hairs at the base of its stipe add charisma to an otherwise fairly nondescript mushroom.
