Hairy Bonnet (Mycena longiseta)

The hairy bonnet (Mycena longiseta, common name by photographer) is a tiny mushroom known for its setae (hairs) which cover the entire fruiting body. This species is not commonly observed, likely because it is small and inconspicuous and not because it is truly rare.
