Fuzzy Foot (Xeromphalina campanella)

Fuzzy foot (Xeromphalina campanella) is a common mushroom known for its yellow and orange colors, decurrent gills, growth on rotting conifer wood, and stipe that transitions from reddish brown at the base to yellow at the top. The stipe is adorned with fine hairs at the base (more so with age), hence the common name, fuzzy foot. Additional common names include pinewood gingertail and golden trumpet.
