Questionable Stropharia (Stropharia ambigua)
The questionable Stropharia (Stropharia ambigua) is a common mushroom found in hardwood and coniferous forests throughout western North America. Its yellow to buff cap is viscid when moist, and the periphery is often adorned with white partial veil remnants.
