Engelmann's Hedgehog Cactus (Echinocereus engelmannii)

Engelmann's hedgehog cactus (Echinocereus engelmannii) is a desert plant which produces vibrant, magenta wildflowers. Also known as strawberry hedgehog cactus, this stem succulent is one of the most common cacti in the American southwest.
