Alaska Rein Orchid (Piperia unalascensis)

Alaska rein orchid (Piperia unalascensis) is an inconspicuous perennial herb found in dry environments across much of North America. Almost entirely green, this orchid looks very similar to sparse-flowered bog orchid, except taller and skinnier with even smaller flowers. Alternate common names include Alaska piperia and slender-spire orchid.
